2. After booking, within 48 hrs you will get your booking slot confirmation.

3. Slot availability is based on first cum first basis.

4. Once the booking is confirmed; no refund will be made.

5. If the scheduled appointment is missed, re-appointment needs to be requested.

6. In case of any issue with the allotted scheduled time, kindly inform before 24 hrs.​
